Brilliant Private ITI, Gaya (Bihar) is as an Industrial Training Institute AFFILATED from National council of vocational training (NCVT). It is an ISO Certified and empowering GOI scheme of Kaushal vikash yojna. It's Established from 2011.

Brilliant Private ITI, Gaya are committed to develop skill sets suitable to the advancement of Manufacturing and Service sectors. The mission of is to serve the society and to enhance the technical skill and quality of life of the youth.To develop skills, keeping in mind emerging occupations and changing nature of work as a result of technological changes and workplace processes, to enhanced employment – self employment potential of the youth.The Institute haves a mission to contribute towards nation-building by creating superior quality

आधुनिक युग की ओर अग्रसर पूरा संसार नये - नये टेक्नालॉजी का खोज कर संसार के दुर्गम  एवं निर्जन क्षेत्रों के लोगों को भी अद्यतन जानकारी  देने के लिए प्रयत्नशील है | खास कर इस भौतिकवादी युग में तो इसका महत्व और बढ़ गया है | किसी देश की सही तस्वीर उसके विकसित टेक्नालॉजी से की जा सकती है | विकसित टेक्नालॉजी का ही परिणाम है की देश, विदेश में घटित घटनाओं की जानकारी मौसम विज्ञान की जानकारी प्राकृतिक  विपदाओं  की घटित होने की पूर्व की जानकारी की है और यही वजह है की घटनाओं का निवारण भी यथासम्भव हो जाता है | हम सभी शिक्षित नागरिकों का परम  कर्त्तव्य है कि इस नये  टेक्नालॉजी  का जानकारी हासिल कर आपने महान राष्ट्र को विकसित करने में मदद  करें | गरीब रथ औधोगिक प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र  का मुख्य उद्देश्य व्यावसायिक शिक्षा का विकास कर बेरोजगार युवकों को स्वयं आत्मनिर्भर बनने के लिए प्रेरित करना हैं | नामांकन लेने  के बाद नियमित  प्रशिक्षण करना अनिवार्य  है | प्रशिक्षण समाप्ति के बाद  प्रशिक्षणार्थी को अखिल भारतीय  व्यावसायिक परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होना  पड़ता  है जहाँ से सफल होने के बाद आई० टी० आई० उत्तीर्ण का प्रमाण पत्र  भारत सरकार (N.C.V.T.)द्वारा  दिया जाता है जिसकी मान्यता सम्पूर्ण भारत  एवं  विदेशों  में है |
